I bring together professional coaching, psychometric insights (CliftonStrengths and Hogan), and applied neuroscience and psychology in a very practical way — shaped by 22 years in sales, leadership, and advisory roles across Asia-Pacific. That experience includes work in technology and commercial real estate, building high-performing teams, earning multiple top-producer awards, and navigating complex stakeholder dynamics under pressure.
In practice, that means deep listening, quickly identifying patterns, and asking sharp questions to help you connect the dots or challenge your thinking — especially when things feel noisy, ambiguous, or stuck. Our conversations are confidential, focused, and designed to strengthen how you think, decide, and lead.
On a personal note, I live between Singapore and Melbourne, ride my road bike around 150km a week, and have been happily married for 23 years.
